1. This limited period offer (“Promotion”) is available for Indian citizens of age 18 years and above only.

This Promotion is only valid for the Customers (“Customers”) who purchase the 55gms of Cornitos Nachos or 42gms of Cornitos Crusties pack (“Cornitos Product”) from any of the participating outlets (“Stores”) authorized by Greendot Health Foods Private Limited (‘’Company’’) across India between 10th May, 2026 and 9th August, 2026, both dates included (“Scheme Period”).
3. The Unique Code inside the pack (“Cashback Unique Code”) entitles the Customers to a Cashback value from Rs. 5 to Rs. 50 only. (Rupees Five to Rupees Fifty) for 55gms pack of Cornitos Nachos and Rs. 10 to Rs. 30 (Rupees ten to Rupees Thirty Only) for 42gms pack of Cornitos Crusties, mentioned hereunder as per the terms of the Promotion:
4. The Cashback against the Cashback Unique Code will be provided by Team Promotions Private Limited (“Agency”). The liability for rendering appropriate services in this regard lies with Agency only and the Company owes no responsibility for the quality of services being provided under this Promotion. The Customer shall submit all its claims/queries pertaining to this Promotion to Agency alone and not to the Company.
5. The value of each Cashback Unique Code is pre-decided and pre-defined by the Company and the Customer does not have any control or say on the value of the Cashback.
6. The Customers intending to participate in this Promotion, who have listed their phone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry (“NDNC Registry”), shall de-register themselves from the NDNC Registry till the completion of the Promotion (including the delivery of Prizes (if applicable) under this Promotion). Such persons agree not to make any claim or raise any complaint whatsoever against the Company and/or Agency in this respect. Please note that Customers intending to participate in the Promotion who have not de-registered themselves from the NDNC Registry shall also have no right to make any claim or raise any complaints against the Company, Agency or any other agents of the Company if they do or do not receive any call/SMS with respect to their participation and all other matters pertaining to the Promotion.
7. To receive the Cashback the Customer must follow the below written steps:
o Step 1: Scan the QR code given on Cornitos Product Pack. The 8-digit alphanumeric Cashback Unique Code will be printed Inside the Cornitos Product Pack. Scanning the QR code will land you on the Reward Redemption Page (“Reward web link”).
o Step 2: On the Reward web link enter your mobile number. The mobile number will be OTP verified (hereinafter “Registered Mobile Number”). After mobile number verification enter the Cashback Unique Code received in the Product Pack on the Reward web link.
o Step 3: Thereafter enter name, age, gender, email id (“Registered email id”), city, your area pincode in the mentioned fields on the reward web link. Then choose the flavor purchased from the drop down menu and submit.
o Step 4: Once your details are received you will be asked to select any one mode in which you want to receive your cashback amount out of the two options available namely – Amazon Pay Gift Code (“Amazon Pay GC”) or NEFT/RTGS. If you have entered NEFT/RTGS as your selected mode for the cashback then you will be prompted to enter your Account details like, Account number, IFSC code and your bank name (“Registered Account Number”). After you select the mode of payment and submit you will see the Cashback Value displayed on your screen.
o Step 5: If you have entered Amazon Pay GC as your selected mode for cashback, Amazon Pay GC of the amount displayed will be sent to your registered mobile number and email id. The steps to redeem the Amazon Pay GC are given hereunder in Annexure I. If you have entered NEFT/RTGS as your selected mode for cashback, the cashback amount will be credited to your registered account number.
o Step 6: You will receive your Cashback amount according to the terms of the offer within 24 working hours. One Cashback Unique Code can be registered against one registered mobile number every 15 days during the entire scheme period. The value of the Cashback is pre-attached to the Cashback Unique Code by the Company and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
8. If the Customer does not fill the required details in the prescribed format they will be considered as invalid entries and will not be entertained and will be disqualified from the Promotion and the Prize will be forfeited.
9. The Cashback will be provided to the Customer only once against one Cashback Unique Code. If the customer has selected NEFT/RTGS as their mode for cashback and have entered wrong account details, then the cashback will not be sent to any other account.
10. Last date to register your claim is 9th August, 2026. Any submission after the due date will not be considered valid and will not be entertained. On 9th August 2026 the registrations will be done till 11.59 pm only.
11. Agency reserves the right to refuse to redeem the Cashback Unique Codes if submitted by persons other than to whom they were issued or authorized. The scheme is not valid for the employees, family members of the employees or dealers/distributors/retailers/stores of the Company or Agency, or employees/relatives of the dealers/distributors/retailers/ stores of the Company or Agency, and Agency will not be liable to honor such requests.
12. The Cashback Unique Codes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged with any other gifts. The Company reserves the right to withdraw/suspend/cancel this offer without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof. No claims will be entertained by the Company in this regard.
13. Stock of the Cornitos Product without the Promotion offer will also be available across India. The offer may not be available on certain Promotion Products in certain pre-determined states of India.
14. Certain stock of the Cornitos Products containing the Promotion offer may continue to be available even after the Scheme Period is over. However, the Customers understand and agree that they will not be permitted to participate in the Promotion after the expiry of the Scheme Period and further, agree not to raise any claim or complaint against the Company and/or Agency or their agents in this respect.
15. By participating in this Promotion, the Customer accepts and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions of the Promotion.
16. Entry and participation in this Promotion will be deemed as an unconditional and an unequivocal acceptance of these terms, including any modifications, revisions and amendments thereto. The decisions of the Company and/or Agency shall be final and binding on the Customers in all matters related to the Promotion.
17. By participating in this Promotion, the Customer agrees to receive details and information about this Promotion on his/her mobile, through SMS or voice calls, during the tenure of the Promotion.
18. Agency and/or the Company and other agents of the Company shall not be liable to perform any of their respective obligations under the Promotion or in respect of the Prizes where they are unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond their control in the nature of fire, explosions, natural calamities, state emergency, riots, government restrictions or any other Force Majeure condition, etc., and shall not be liable to compensate the Customers in these circumstances.
19. Agency and/or the Company accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. Agency and/or the Company shall not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
20. Illegible / incomplete / invalid / wrongly submitted claims will be rejected. Claims once rejected will not be accepted again in any manner. No new Cashback Unique Codes will be issued against rejected claims.
21. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Company and/or Agency which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Company and/or Agency reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
22. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Company and/or Agency, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Company and/or the Agency reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any Customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
23. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage the web link or the information on the web link, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the web link, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, Agency reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If Agency suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by any Customer, the Customer agrees to indemnify Agency for those losses, damages and costs.
24. Any costs associated with entering the Promotion, including accessing the Promotion website link, are the responsibility of participating Customers and Company shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with this Promotion.
25. If the Agency has already sent the Amazon Pay GC to the Customer’s registered mobile number and email id, Agency will not re-send the Amazon Pay GC to any new or corrected registered mobile number of email id nominated by the Customer.
26. If the Agency has already transferred the Cashback to the Customer’s registered account number, Agency will not transfer the Cashback amount to any new or corrected account number nominated by the Customer.
27. If the Customer is dissatisfied with the Promotion or the Promotion Terms, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Promotion.
28. Subject to arbitration, all disputes arising out of this Promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi only.
