SCHEDULE–I: TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROMOTIONAL GIFT UNIQUE CODES
- This limited period offer (“Promotion”) is available for Indian citizens of age 18 years and above only.
- This Promotion is only valid for the Customers (“Customers”) who purchase the Origami Car Tissue Box (Combo Pack of 6) or Origami Face Tissue 3 Ply or Origami Imported Toilet Roll 4 in 1 Pack-4 Ply or Origami Imported Kitchen Towel (hereinafter referred to as “Origami Products”) from any of the participating outlets (“Stores”) authorized by Origami Cellulo Private Limited (‘’Company’’) across India from 16th December, 2024 to 15th March, 2025 (“Scheme Period”).
- The Promotional Gift Unique Code (“Unique Code”) entitles the Customers to the gift as mentioned on the Promotional Sticker (“Promotional Sticker”) pasted on the corresponding Origami Product. The Customer is entitled to the Promotional gifts (e-codes or holiday booking request form) as per the terms of the Promotion mentioned hereunder:
Pizza e-Code (“Dominos e-Code”) subject to the applicable terms and conditions as detailed hereunder in ANNEXURE – A
Movie e-Code (“Bookmyshow e-Code”) subject to the applicable terms and conditions as detailed hereunder in ANNEXURE – B
Food Delivery e-Code (“Swiggy e-Code”) subject to the applicable terms and conditions as detailed hereunder in ANNEXURE – C
Coffee e-Code (“Café Coffee Day e-Code”) subject to the applicable terms and conditions as detailed hereunder in ANNEXURE – D
Holiday for a Couple for 2N/3D (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel Stay Booking Request Form”) subject to the applicable terms and conditions as detailed hereunder in ANNEXURE – E

- The Promotional Gifts against the Unique Code will be provided by Team Promotions Private Limited (“Agency”). The liability for rendering appropriate services in this regard lies with Agency only and the Company owes no responsibility for the quality of services being provided under this Promotion. The Customer shall submit all its claims/queries pertaining to this Promotion to Agency alone and not to the Company.
- The value of each Promotional Gift against the Unique Code printed under the scratch is pre-decided and pre-defined by the Company and the Customer does not have any control or say on the value of the Unique Code or the Promotional Gift.
- The Customers intending to participate in this Promotion, who have listed their phone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry (“NDNC Registry”), shall de-register themselves from the NDNC Registry till the completion of the Promotion (including the delivery of Prizes (if applicable) under this Promotion). Such persons agree not to make any claim or raise any complaint whatsoever against the Company and/or Agency in this respect. Please note that Customers intending to participate in the Promotion who have not de-registered themselves from the NDNC Registry shall also have no right to make any claim or raise any complaints against the Company, Agency or any other agents of the Company if they do or do not receive any call/SMS with respect to their participation and all other matters pertaining to the Promotion.
- To receive the Promotional Gift the Customer must follow the below written steps:
- Step 1: Scan the QR code given on the promotional sticker pasted on the Origami Product purchased or type www.origamioffers.comto get to the Reward Redemption Page (“Reward web link”).
- Step 2: On the Reward web link enter your mobile number. The mobile number will be OTP verified (“Registered Mobile Number”). After mobile number verification enter the 15 digit Unique Code received under the scratch on the Promotional Sticker pasted on the Origami Product purchased.
- Step 3: Thereafter enter name, age, gender, email id (OTP verified) (“Registered email id”) and your area pincode in the mentioned fields on the Reward web link.
- Step 4: Upload the product photo clearly showing the Promotional Sticker and the Unique Code. Also upload any KYC document to authenticate the purchase.
- Step 5: In the case Choose Your Gift is your Promotional Gift, then Choose any one of the three gifts mentioned as your Chosen Gift from the drop-down option.
- Step 6: Once your details are received, a Thank you message will be displayed on your screen. You will receive your Promotional Gift according to the terms of the offer within 24-48 working hours.
- Step 7: In case 2N/3D Holiday for a Couple is your Promotional Gift, then a hotel booking request form with your name will be mailed to your Registered email id within 24-48 working hours.
One Unique Code can be registered against one registered mobile number and email id during the entire scheme period. The value of the Promotional Gift is pre-attached to the Unique Code by the Company and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
- If the Customer does not fill or upload the required details in the prescribed format they will be considered as invalid entries and will not be entertained and will be disqualified from the Promotion and the Prize will be forfeited.
- Last date to register your claim is 15th April, 2025. Any submission after the due date will not be considered valid and will not be entertained. On 15th April 2025 the registrations will be done till 5 pm only.
- Agency reserves the right to refuse to redeem the Unique Codes if submitted by persons other than to whom they were issued or authorized. The scheme is not valid for the employees, family members of the employees or dealers/distributors/retailers/stores of the Company or Agency, or employees/relatives of the dealers/distributors/retailers/ stores of the Company or Agency, and Agency will not be liable to honor such requests.
- The Unique Codes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged with any other gifts. The Company reserves the right to withdraw/suspend/cancel this offer without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof. No claims will be entertained by the Company in this regard.
- Stock of the Origami Products without the Promotion offer will also be available across India.
- Certain stock of the Origami Products containing the Promotion may continue to be available even after the Scheme Period is over. However, the Customers understand and agree that they will not be permitted to participate in the Promotion after the expiry of the Scheme Period and further, agree not to raise any claim or complaint against the Company and/or Agency or their agents in this respect.
- By participating in this Promotion, the Customer accepts and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions of the Promotion.
- Entry and participation in this Promotion will be deemed as an unconditional and an unequivocal acceptance of these terms, including any modifications, revisions and amendments thereto. The decisions of the Company and/or Agency shall be final and binding on the Customers in all matters related to the Promotion.
- By participating in this Promotion, the Customer agrees to receive details and information about this Promotion on his/her mobile, through SMS or voice calls, during the tenure of the Promotion.
- Agency and/or the Company and other agents of the Company shall not be liable to perform any of their respective obligations under the Promotion or in respect of the Prizes where they are unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond their control in the nature of fire, explosions, natural calamities, state emergency, riots, government restrictions or any other Force Majeure condition, etc., and shall not be liable to compensate the Customers in these circumstances.
- Agency and/or the Company accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. Agency and/or the Company shall not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
- Illegible / incomplete / invalid / wrongly submitted claims will be rejected. Claims once rejected will not be accepted again in any manner. No new Unique Codes will be issued against rejected claims.
- If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Company and/or Agency which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Company and/or Agency reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
- If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Company and/or Agency, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Company and/or the Agency reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any Customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
- Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage the web link or the information on the web link, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the web link, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, Agency reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If Agency suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by any Customer, the Customer agrees to indemnify Agency for those losses, damages and costs.
- Any dispute arising out of the terms of this Promotion shall be subject to Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (the “said Act.”). One Arbitrator will be appointed by Agency and the other by the Customer and the two Arbitrators so appointed shall in turn appoint presiding Arbitrator. The arbitration shall be held at Delhi and conducted in English as per the provisions of said Act. The award passed by the arbitrators will be final and binding on both the Agency and the Customer.
- Any costs associated with entering the Promotion, including accessing the Promotion website link, are the responsibility of participating Customers and Company shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with this Promotion.
- If the Agency has already SMSed, the Customer’s Promotional Gift e-Code to the registered mobile number or registered email id of the Customer, or the Agency has already mailed the booking request form for the holidays to the registered mail id of the Customer then Agency will not re-send the e-Codes or the holiday booking request form to any new or corrected phone number or email id nominated by the Customer.
- If the Customer is dissatisfied with the Promotion or the Promotion Terms, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Promotion.
- Subject to arbitration, all disputes arising out of this Promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi only.

ANNEXURE – A : TERMS TO REDEEM THE DOMINOS E-CODE
Step 1: Log on to Dominos App and Website and select option of meal like pizza, sides or combos.(Gift Card cannot be redeemed on every-day offers/combos)
Step 2: After adding all the products go to quick view on left and click on check out option
Step 3: After you click on check out fill the details it has asked for like name, email, phone no. Complete address. In this page it ask you to redeem code like below but do not apply any code under redeem code option. Just click on place order
Step 4: On payment page 6th and the last option on the left side is E-gift voucher. Click on that & enter voucher code here and click on redeem
Redeemable on: Redemption will happen on Domino’s digital assets i.e. Mobile APP/ Mobile Website (PWA) & Desktop website. In restaurants redemption will NOT be available.
No Return Option: Gift cards cannot be returned, cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
Maximum one e-Gift code can be used per order. Domino's e-Gift code (EGC) cannot be exchanged for cash.
Validity
- Dominos e-Gift codes (EGC) expire 90 Days from the date of their issuance.
- EGC is not applicable in case of advance ordering.
- Any pre-order discount like EDV, CRM, Combos and any after order discount like Late or any specific guarantee in place with Domino's will NOT be applicable.
- Remaining balance in case if the order value is more than voucher value can only be paid by cash. (No other modes of payment are acceptable).
- Jubilant Foodworks Ltd or Domino’s Pizza India reserves its right to amend these terms and condition without any prior notice.
- Domino’s EGC can be used multiple times till 100% of the amount is utilised, however this must be redeemed within the validity period and the unredeemed balance in the card will be forfeited after its validity period.
- Jubilant Foodworks Ltd or Domino’s Pizza India will not responsible if a EGC is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without permission. No replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
ANNEXURE B – TERMS TO REDEEM THE BOOKMYSHOW E-CODE
- The bookmyshow e-code shall entitle the Customer to the won value (Rs. 250 or Rs. 500 as the case may be) at www.bookmyshow.com. If the value of the ticket is more than the won value the Customer must make the balance payment through any modes of payment available at www.bookmyshow.com. Multiple e-codes received cannot be clubbed for usage on one booking.
- The value mentioned in the e-code will not entitle the Customer to any other facilities in the theater such as food and beverages.
- Direct presentation of the e-code at theater/ multiplex is null and void. You must follow steps mentioned hereinbelow to avail your e-code.
- Once booked, Agency or the Company cannot be held responsible for any show being cancelled by theater authorities for whatsoever reason.
- Agency or the Company is not responsible for the quality of seats/ movie or any service discrepancies in the theater.
- The e-code received will not be revalidated or extended in case you fail to redeem the same by three months from the date of generation of the e-code.
- How to redeem the received e-codes on www.bookmyshow.com
Step 1 : Log on to in.bookmyshow.com Or bookmyshow mobile app.
Step 2 : Select Location, Movie, Cinema, Show Date & Time and Seats of your preference as the logic flows.
Step 3 : On payment page, Click the tab which states "Gift Voucher" on left-hand side & then enter the e-code in the text box that appears. After entering the e-code please tick the check-box which states "Yes, I accept the Terms & Conditions & Booking Policy" & click on the "Apply" button. .
Step 4 : If the amount of the ticket is more than the value of the e-code then pay the balance amount through credit/debit card or any other mode of payment available at bookmyshow website/mobile app.
Step 5 : At the end of the successful transaction booking-id gets generated which needs to be exchanged at the box-office for actual tickets. Email/SMS confirmation will be sent on email address/mobile number provided while completing the transaction.
- The e-code can be redeemed ONLY on bookmyshow website & mobile app (iOS, Andriod& Windows).
- Tickets need to be booked minimum 2 days in advance.
- The e-codes are valid PAN India across all Cinemas associated with bookmyshow.
- In addition to these bookmyshowWinpin Voucher Terms and Conditions, bookmyshow Vouchers and their use on their website are also subject to bookmyshow's general Terms of Use &bookmyshow’s decision will be final in case of any dispute.
Validity
bookmyshow e-codes expire 90 days from the date of their issuance.
ANNEXURE C – TERMS TO REDEEM THE SWIGGY E-CODES
- Offer valid once per user per transaction
- Offer valid on all prepaid payment modes
- Offer valid for a single restaurant bill value only
- Offer covers entire Bill Value
- Other terms and conditions are applicable
- Bundl Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Swiggy) reserves the right to cancel/change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice
- Bundl Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Swiggy) reserves the right to terminate the offer at any time without notice
- Bundl Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Swiggy) reserves the right to deny honouring the offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer without providing customer any explanation thereof
- In no event shall Bundl Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Swiggy) be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the customer
- Terms and conditions will be clearly communicated to the employees as provided by us and in case of any claims due to failure in communicating the terms and conditions to the employees, Swiggy shall not be responsible for the same.

ANNEXURE D – TERMS TO REDEEM THE CAFÉ COFFEE DAY E-CODES
- Customer needs to register the E-Code by sending an SMS to +91 9695566677 with GACT(Space)16 digit card number(Space)6 Digit PIN. For example, GACT 3837462299874738 123456
- The Customer shall provide the 16 digit card number at the time of store billing/website checkout, which shall trigger an OTP to the Customer’s registered mobile as mentioned above. The OTP needs to be shared with the store cashier/entered on the website, for a successful redemption to complete the transaction
- E-Gift Card shall be Valid across PAN India outlets, except Coffee Day Lounge formats, Airport cafes, corporate cafes & discounted cafes. The gift card is also accepted on ccdonline.in (not app) for Contactless Dine-in, Take-aways and Home Delivery. The E-gift card is valid on Food and Beverage, but not valid on Combos. Taxes as applicable.
- Gift card can be redeemed multiple times. Clubbing multiple cards are not allowed.
- No cash payment will be made by the company for the gift card either in part or in full nor exchanged.
- In case the value of the service exceeds the value of the Gift card, the difference must be paid by the customers through other available payment modes.
- Cafe Coffee Day Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Validity
- For Cafes redemption please inform the Cashier that the order will be paid via gift cards
- The gift card is valid on Food and Beverage, Merchandise, but not valid on Combos
- The redemption is subject to uninterrupted network connectivity, and notwithstanding the same, CCD shall neither be held liable nor responsible for any consequences if the customer is unable to redeem on account of any technical glitch at the cafe
- Once registered, the E-gift card is not transferable to other mobile numbers
- Validity of E-gift card shall be 90 days from the date of issuance
- The E-gift card is valid on Food and Beverage, but not valid on Combos
- No cancellation and No refund money is allowed on the issued E-gift card
- Clubbing multiple cards are not allowed
- Any unspent amount available in the E-Gift Card after the card expires shall stand forfeited
- The company does not accept any responsibility if the customer loses/misplaces the E-gift card. No duplicate card will be issued either
ANNEXURE D – TERMS TO BOOK THE HOTEL STAY
Step 1: All the Customers who have won the Hotel Stay offer will get Hotel Stay Booking Request Form on to their registered email id, with their name mentioned on the form within 24-48 working hours from the time of final registration. (Name on the booking request form will be the one as mentioned by the Customer while filling up the details on the reward web link). The hotel booking will be done on the name of the Customer only.
Step 2: Customer takes the print out of the booking request form, fills the booking request form with all the desired details with 3 Choices of different Dates and different Destinations and send/mail it to Team Promotions Pvt. Ltd within 30 days from the date of issuance of the booking request form.
Step 3: Customers also need to pay an amount of Rs. 999/- against Surcharges through (Demand Draft/Cheque/Online Transfer) in favor of Team Promotions Private Limited.
Step 4: Team Promotions ensures the booking at the Hotel and the customers Stay, based on their priorities.
Mandatory Conditions to be Followed to Book the Hotel Stay
- First date of stay has to be 45 days from the date Team Promotions receives the booking request form
- The Customer needs to give three different choice of destinations and three different choice of dates having at least 10 days gap between them. All three choices of destinations have to be different.
- No Two booking request forms can be clubbed together to avail the offer.
- This is an individual offer and not a Group Tour or Group Offer. No two booking request forms will be guaranteed same hotel bookings with same dates and same destinations.
- The last date of stay has to be within 6 months from the date of issuance of the booking request form.
- The hotel stay is valid for a Couple only
- The hotel stay will be provided at a 3 star property for 2 nights and 3 days at the destination city only. The Customer cannot choose the hotels at the destinations chosen. The promotional fare hotels as available with Team Promotions will be provided.
